5 stars genuinely isn’t enough for how great Helen is as a realtor! We just bought our first home with her, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice of realtor! Helen is extremely personable, so knowledgeable on the whole process and also on owning or fixing a home, and knows how to get business done. We are so appreciative of all the work she did for us and for the Helen home hacks. We would highly recommend Helen!
Helen Kizer was amazing. She was patient, kind, and knowledgeable about the VA home loan process, and made sure I was looking at homes that qualified for VA guidelines. That and Helen and Megan were amazing in working with me and answering any and all questions I had. Definitely will be recommending them to any one of my friends looking to buy a house.
Helen Kizer has been not only an excellent realtor but a family friend as well. Helen had helped my older brother and his late wife sell and purchase homes in the past, and she had always been a great professional partner to them. Unfortunately, my brother died earlier this year, and as the executor of his estate, it fell to me to sell the house remotely as I do not live in the Jacksonville area. Helen and Megan took care of every detail of getting the house ready to list, ultimately getting it sold and completing the closing remotely. For every issue that occurred, Helen and Megan came up with a solution to address it, whether it be cleaning and repairs, paperwork challenges, or dealing with the homeowners' association. Working with Helen really gave me confidence during a stressful time. I cannot recommend Helen and Megan enough.
Helen is awesome to deal with, very straight to the point, and gets the job done. We had a somewhat complicated buyer, and she navigated every twist and turn with stealth! Highly recommend.
